It is a real pleasure working with Kellie Toth, Shawn and Jake from the Fond du Lac location.
When I contacted FloorQuest after making 10 calls to other installers, Kellie answered and within 24 hours she was at house taking measurements and making suggestions. By the end of the week, she had provided samples, and more samples before we decided on the floor below. Kellie response was amazing.
I would not hesitate to tell you we were very reluctant on the installation, especially the mess. Eighty percent of our home floors were being installed and I was worried that at the end of the day, I would have to clean up dust and debris. That was not the case. Shawn and Jake before they left each day took the time and made sure the floors were clean and all the surfaces dusted. Their friendliness and attention to the small details was amazing.
I look forward to having our carpeting and counter tops done by FloorQuest in the near future.
