Met some of the team at Home & Garden Show to discuss what I envisioned for flooring and the preferred lay-down method. I’m on a concrete slab, they confirmed glue down is preferred and I was immediately interested in the manufactured hardwoods. Andy who manages the Surprise store happened to be at 20th St/Indian School. Very helpful and of course fell in love with materials that were a bit out of my budget. Andy called me, knowing the cost was a concern and found a comparable hardwood and I love them! Two different installation teams came, both were exceptional.
