The guys at Grain Design were great to work with. They were friendly and left the worksite clean. Their knowledge and attention to detail are amazing. They installed around 800 square feet of site-finished red oak hardwood flooring. During the install they convinced me to add a custom accent around my fireplace to give the floors a more custom look. I had a great experience with Grain Design Flooring. I left a message about getting an estimate and quickly received a call back. Somebody was at my house the next day and gave me an estimate to fix two areas of damaged hardwood. When it came time to do the work, they communicated wonderfully. One area was a little trickier than expected. Alex let me know as soon as he discovered the issue and gave me several options. He ended up recommending the simplest one. The end result is amazing!
