I’d like to give a big thanks to Cheryl, the new Superior Floor owner, and Henry of Henry’s Hardwood. I was missing a small corner piece of floor moulding and went to Superior hoping I could get a scrap piece for a reasonable price. Not only did Cheryl and Henry GIVE me a scrap piece, Henry before my eyes spayed lacquer and a tint to try to match the needed color based on a picture I had brought, and then he offered to GIVE me his special hand-held “miter tool” that cuts 22.5 degree angles because he “needed a new one anyway”! (He explained one side was slightly broken.) I couldn’t accept that generous offer but I did borrow the tool for a couple days so that I could cut the scrap piece to size. Overall, I was pretty stunned by how helpful they both were. Such a willingness to help is rare enough in my experience that I think people should check them out for larger projects. I know I will when the time comes!

I had wood flooring installed throughout my old home. John and his son were professional, answered all my questions and just really great to work with. There was excess moisture and repairs that were needed before the flooring could be installed. I feel that the job was done “right” without shortcuts and on schedule. The installers, Reifel Brothers, were artists- really good, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Superior Floor Designs!
