We changed our mind couple of times and every time we went to the store she provided details without any hesitation. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy from them but I guess her manners were such as to convince me that I can trust them. Our project manager was Phillip Angulo. He was highly organized and professional. I had a very specific request for removal of the the carpet and installation of the laminate. I am very picky and I know how hard it can be to work with people like me. Phillip was always considerate and attentive. His crew were extremely polite and they did a super fantastic job on the laminate installation. Their level of attention to the details were very pleasing and I didn’t feel that I have to supervise them. You could tell that these installers were among those people who take the ownership of their work and hence they provide the highest quality.
