We had such a great overall experience with the Custom Flooring Specialists. We decided to replace hardwood and carpeting throughout our house and thought we knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting with Michelle, the owner, she continuously gave us such amazing ideas throughout the process that we never would have thought of ourselves. The employees at the store were very knowledgeable about their products and made the entire process so much easier and much more pleasant. One of the supervisors came out to our house every day to make sure everything was moving along smoothly and was able to answer all of our questions. This is a family run company and it really shows. Their dedication to making sure that we were getting the best possible product and best services for our house was uncanny. If you are looking for any flooring needs, this family run business is a MUST.

I was very impressed on the quality of our install. Randy really stepped up and had our stairs redone since they weren’t to his satisfaction, wow! Michelle was very pleasant to work with , too! Our job was fairly large as we replaced the entire main floor, in addition to the stairs. The landing turned out beautiful!!

We were looking to replaced old carpeting throughout our ranch home and, hoping to support a local company, we stopped in to talk to Custom Flooring Specialists in Olde Town Arvada. They walked us through our options, visited our home to help make sure we got the right product. We were all over the board in what we though we’d want. We started with ceramic tile with in-floor heating, then went to hardwoods and tile, engineered hardwood and finally decided to have the Luxury Vinyl Tile installed. Every step of the way they shared their opinions and provided bids and recommendations. The pricing was very reasonable, especially with the discount of over 50% MSRP on the product. The install took one week and we couldn’t be happier with the process and final product. The two guys that worked at the home were professional, hard working and friendly. The entire process was so pleasant and we are thrilled with our new floors!
