From the sale to the install, everyone at Kelly’s was amazing. The salesperson was very helpful and informative. The installer was meticulous. Our floors look great! I would highly recommend Kelly’s for your flooring needs.

We worked with Becky at Kelly’s Carpet. She spent time with us showing us different flooring options and helps us with suggestions. She also walked us through the installation and payment process. Very good service. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hard floor took a little longer than planned but Drew did a great job and made sure everything was perfect and did not rush. Overall very happy with the result and we have already told several friends about our good experience with Kelly’s.

We were very pleased with our experience with Kelly”s Carpet. Alissa was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful assisting us choose our hard wood floors. She expedited our installation to coordinate with our timeline. She was great communicating with us regarding our trim pieces and made sure they were correct after initially being the wrong color. The installers (Dan and his crew as well as Matt who finished the stairs and trim pieces) were great to work with and very professional. Everyone we dealt with was very positive about being employed by Kelly’s Carpet and that showed in their work. We had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

I recently had new flooring installed by Kelly’s Carpet in Omaha. It was the best experience ever. The sales person, Kristen, was truly wonderful! Todd, who did the LVP, did a great job and was a pleasure to have in my home. The carpet installers did a great job too. They even took care of the furniture! A few weeks after it was all finished, a plank was coming loose in the bathroom. Kelly’s sent another nice man out, Matt, right a way and it was fixed. Thank you, Kelly’s Carpet, for everything!
