I have nothing but good to say about these guys! We had them carry our hardwoods from the kitchen and dining area into the remainder of the main floor. Their work was flawless, the finish is beautiful and durable and they kept us very informed throughout the entire process. The first time they were here, we decided to leave town and the water line that supplied our dishwasher had a slow leak and leaked all night, dripping through the floor to the basement directly on top of our TV in our exercise room.. These guys took the time to clean it up themselves and move our TV out of harms way. They go above and beyond. One month after our new floors were installed, we had water damage and have to have the floors redone. Of course, we wanted Siena to do the repairs for us. Travis was very helpful in getting us scheduled right away! I highly recommend Siena Wood Floors.
