I had difficulty finding a specific transitional piece to match a project I was working on. Christina Tofte went above and beyond to help me find that product while offering great hospitality in her store. I found the product at Urban Flooring to be the average price point, as I had already been aware of what this product was being sold for in the market since I had visited several other flooring stores in my search. It was a pleasure doing business with Christina. My partner and I have honestly looked at over 10+ showrooms in the OKC and Norman area for our flooring, but none of the stores were as customer-oriented, kind and professional as Urban Flooring. Christiana was very welcoming when we first came in the store and she remained courteous to us towards the whole process of ordering, picking up, and even re-ordering. Even the warehouse guy was so nice! We had a slight issue with the trims (totally our fault since we didn’t clarify what we needed) and Christiana quickly helped us resolve the issue. Urban Flooring will be our first stop for our future flooring needs (we’ll definitely buy from them again) and I truly recommend everyone to check them out!!👍👍👍
