We needed to replace our kitchen floor and noticed that Unique Wood Floors had opened a showroom in our neighborhood. We went into the store and spoke with Andrew Zheng, who was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose a new flooring. Our estimate was done very quickly and the date for installation was arranged. The two installers were terrific! They arrived right on time and the work was done perfectly. I appreciated that they cleaned up when they were finished. Everything went very smoothly, and we love our new floor!
Working with Andy and his team was easy, informative, and fun. The showroom had lots of options and we were able to take our flooring home the same day! Now that the floor is installed it looks and feels incredible compared to the flimsy, cheaper flooring we had purchased elsewhere before.
From our first visit to the Hopkins store for samples to the final “thank you” to the installers, our experience with Unique Wood Floors has been positive.
