I walked into Mountain View flooring because I was looking to remodel my home earlier this year. I had been looking to redo the flooring throughout the house, remodel my master bathroom with a walk-in shower and add back splash in my kitchen. The staff at Mountain View flooring was very respectful, responsive, and helpful. Once they had a idea of what we liked they help my wife and I find the specific style of tiles and flooring that would suit our needs. The gentleman that came to the house to do the work were very professional and finished our house in a timely matter. I definitely recommend Mountain View Flooring for any tile and floor needs.
We visited several stores around Pueblo and felt like Bill and Leslie were genuine and personable. They were also professional and interested in providing the best service. They had excellent recommendations for our personal taste. Their flooring crew was efficient, dependable, and the quality of work was above reproach. Our floors required some special attention (liquid leveling), and their crew did an amazing job.
We walked into Mountain View Flooring and immediately felt very comfortable with the owner, Leslie. She listened to our concerns and gave us several options. She was at our home the same evening, measuring and giving us an estimate. The estimate that she gave us was very comparable to others but she offered a higher quality flooring. The install was scheduled very quickly and we were very excited about that! The installers, Cory, Mike and Mitchell were amazing! They took out our tile and old carpet and replaced it with engineered flooring in just a few days! They were such a pleasure to work with, very professional and neat! We are so happy with our new floors! Kudos to Leslie and her contractors!
Leslie came right over to take measurements. She was easy to talk to and understood exactly what I wanted. I had vinyl flooring placed in three bedrooms replacing carpet. I could not believe the difference it made! Cory and Mike installed the flooring in all three bedrooms in less then eight hours. I was expecting three full days of installation. I also had Mike install new baseboards. Wow, what a difference! Everything looks absolutely beautiful. I am 100% thrilled with my floors. My house looks beautiful. Thank you Leslie and her team. I highly recommend them!
