Had three rooms carpeted and a hall way done in engineered hardwood. They also did 4 flights of steps where they replaced carped with oak treads. The stain was a perfect match with our existing hardwood. The Vertical Connection team did an outstanding job with the carpet, hallway hardwood installation and treads on the steps. From the salesman Steve, Vikki who was in charge of scheduling the work, to the technician who completed the installation, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.
