After my wife and I bought our first house, our first stop was Home Depot and Lowe’s for service. We were looking to have carpet installed but the service was utterly disappointing. None of the employees seemed interested in helping us. We ended up looking for the style of carpet ourselves and when we agreed on a carpet, both big name stores said it would take over a month to install. After growing tired of insisting for better customer service, we contacted Ayoub! My wife literally walked in one day, browsed and picked our carpet. The employees were great. In a matter of moments someone came to assist my wife, they answered all her questions and were really patient. We placed two separate carpet orders, one for throughout the house and one for our master bedroom. Ayoub had both orders available within a few days of placing them and installed within two weeks. Installations was quick and smooth. We loved the complete service Ayoub had to offer and the quality of their carpets is fantastic. We constantly get compliments from our guests! We highly recommend you use Ayoub for all your carpet needs.

This company is terrific! I showed up on a Wednesday about 4:45 to buy carpet padding. They didn’t have what I needed, but were expecting a shipment the next day. I paid for the pads and we set up delivery between 10:30 and noon. At 9:30, they were ready to come by. I was on my way back from the airport so they arrived at 10:30; they delivered and placed pads, put rugs into place, and helped move a few pieces of furniture. As if that weren’t enough, they sent me a thank you note in the mail. I can’t remember the last time a company thanked me for my business with a thank you. Outstanding service. I wish they had other businesses – I’d shop at those stores too. Thank you so much for an enjoyable shopping experience.

They did a nice job cleaning an old area rug that I like very much. I have had it cleaned in my house, but I wanted the fringe removed for a newer look and they did a very nice job removing it.
