Introducing O’Krent Floors in San Antonio, TX

Just had the floors in our downstairs replaced and everything went great. Kaylyn was very knowledgeable and helpful in the showroom. Ronnie and Dillon did a fantastic job on the install. They were always punctual and polite, and completed the whole job in a week. This is the fourth project we’ve completed with O’Krent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Wow – phenomenal service, expansive collection of flooring and tile and extremely knowledgeable staff – Linda, Ed, Jason and Corrine. We advised them upfront that we are building out of state and needed to look at some flooring and tile samples. They were so accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend you make them your first choice on your shopping list when it comes to your flooring needs! Wish we could give you more than five stars – you deserve more!

Large selection of flooring. Nice and helpful people in the store. The installers, Victor and Omar, made it an exceptional experience. They called and asked if we wanted them to come a few days earlier than scheduled. We did. They demoed all of our carpet, rolled it up in little pieces and got it out of the house without any dust and then worked from the moment they stepped into the house until they left after a full day, leaving the house in impeccable order. Always cleaning up after each step of the process and as they went along. Wish they could do all of the projects in our house. Beautiful work. Extremely nice. No delays. Love our new floors.
