This business really knocks it out of the park. We were so impressed with QT’s knowledge, communication, flexibility, and professionalism. I never felt like I fell through the cracks – I know he has lots of projects that he’s working on and yet he made sure to make me feel like ours was top priority. Now THAT is good customer service!

We bought floors for our entire house from QT at Floor Accents and had such a great experience. QT was so knowledgeable about all the different materials and helped us pick out flooring that would work for us. We were also so impressed with the install process. QT came every morning to update us on what would happen that day and to answer any questions we had during the process. We stayed in the house during the Reno and they were very flexible with us- and kept it as clean as possible! All of the people who were there working were kind and did a great job. We would recommend them again and again!

I had an outstanding experience with Floor Accents! From the first time I walked through the doors, QT warmly welcomed me and carefully listened to my requirements (which were many -lol). Over several visits, he taught me everything I wanted to know about hardwood flooring and installation options, and he helped me navigate through dozens of products. His depth of knowledge was invaluable to me, but his patience, attention to detail and ability to read between the lines prevented me from making one particularly huge and costly mistake. Once we found the perfect product, QT’s bid was competitive, and he went above and beyond to negotiate a lower price for the material.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of our installation! The crew members were outstanding — friendly, professional and meticulous. They moved all of my furniture without damaging a thing and even put my felt pads on the furniture legs.
