Introducing Wood Floors By Beto in El Paso, TX

Beto is conscientious, direct, professional, and honest. My floors were refinished. His crew is excellent, they started on time and ended on time, exactly as scheduled. The work area was masked to minimize dust excellently. They did my stairs, master bedroom, and closet; the final product exceeded my expectations. The beauty and durability are totally worth the cost. I highly recommend Wood floors by Beto.

My first experience with Wood Floors by Beto was in the early 2000’s when they installed my living room floor. Then in 2007, they installed wood flooring in my master bedroom. Both experiences were professional and seamless.
Fast forward a couple of decades and a busted water heater and I am so happy to have connected with them again! Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Maribel answered all my questions and put me at ease. Beto Jr. was just as I remembered him and he is still just as prompt and courteous as could be!
This time we were able to install beautiful hardwood flooring throughout my entire home- for me this was a dream come true!
The work crew led by Edgar arrived promptly every day, communicated with me, and were very respectful of my home and space. I work from home and was worried about noise and/or interruption but had no reason to as the job was done by experts. If you want professional quality hardwood floors in your home, this is the company to hire.

Could not have been more impressed with Beto and his team! From the start of the project all the way through they were kind, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly RELIABLE! They were on time to every appointment and the installation work was perfection. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

We experienced a leak in a foyer bathroom that resulted in water damage to a small area in the master bedroom. The floors were installed by Wood floors by Beto 3-4 years ago. When I called on Monday, Beto, Jr. remembered us and asked how we were doing. He is very friendly. He came the next day (Tuesday) to see the damage and said he would check on the availability of the wood flooring. Later in the day, he called back to say he had the wood necessary for the repair. We scheduled the repair for Saturday, which completed without issue. I highly recommend this company for initial installation of wood floors. They did a very professional job installing the initial wood floors in three of our bedrooms and also in the repair. Can’t say enough about what a great company this is!
