I have had the pleasure of working with this family owned and operated business for approximately 15 years and have had nothing but a great experience each and every time!!! And isn’t it nice to favor a smaller, family business than feed the beast of the big box retailers when we can?!? I certainly think so!!!

Having just purchased a condo, we realized quickly that all the flooring needed replacing. Step in – Warren at The Floor Store. From start to finish, he was there for us even going so far as to contact the HOA people at the complex to get an understanding of requirements for flooring in a 2nd floor condo. He was always available to answer all our questions and I just felt that he went over and above what most people would have done. The installers were exceptionally professional and as can be seen in the pictures, the end result was amazing. Highly recommend them.

This was our 2nd time using The Floor Store to replace old flooring. Both experiences were excellent! Warren was so helpful. We had a rough idea of the flooring we wanted, and thanks to Warren, he helped us select the perfect match to our home. They have installed both SPC vinyl flooring and carpeting in our home with professional results. I will definitely return when it is time to replace our tile.
