This unique and beautiful hardwood flooring collection comes in a 4”, 6”, 8” random width and random lengths of up to six foot long. Available in American Hickory and American Maple, employing Hallmark’s unique TrueSlice and all hardwood TrueCore Centerply in the manufacturing process.
Random width planks were created centuries ago to fully utilize the log. Since the tree is round it produces materials of varying widths and random width hardwood flooring fully optimizes the use of the raw material. Monterey is lightly sculpted to create a hardwood floor of antiquity. Prior to the invention of sanding equipment all hardwood floors had to be surfaced by hand. Monterey has the look of a fine home or manor produced by the master craftsmen of those bygone times.

However, Hallmark Floors takes a unique new approach to this category. Hallmark’s latest polyurethane finish; TrueMark GlazeTek is touched by hand at least four times to create color and glazing that is traditionally only found in high end furniture. Add the fact that TrueMark GlazeTek has three times the abrasion resistance of standard industry prefinished floors and you have the best of all worlds in the Monterey Hardwood Flooring.

DURABLE SURFACE LAYER
Hallmark Floors exclusively uses genuine hardwood veneers and TSCA Title VI compliant glues for the center-ply in our engineered hardwood construction. The center veneers undergo a cold press followed by a hot press under tremendous pressure. This process results in an eco-friendly center core that is both harder and more proportionally stable
ENGINEERED WOOD STRUCTURE
Hallmark Floors’ engineered hardwood floors are built with an ultra-thick wear layer, offering the same usable surface as 3/4” solid hardwood flooring. This allows for two guaranteed sandings.
By using sliced faces vs. rotary cut faces the visual is that of an authentic solid floor. Hardwood engineering enhances the stability and minimizes the amount of expansion and contraction found in a traditional solid hardwood floor in a 4” 6” 8” configuration. Other 4” 6” 8” products can be found in the market, but none of them come close to the stunning visual beauty found in the Monterey Hardwood Collection.
