Christmas Fireplace Mantel Styling
When decorating your mantel for Christmas (or any other holiday this winter season), try to incorporate some everyday items such as art or a mirror.
“When decorating the mantel we like to start with a focal point. We will incorporate one or two everyday items like a mirror, art piece, boxes, etc. You could also add a fun This keeps the space feeling like a home, and not a giant Christmas decoration.” – Studio McGee
Don’t forget to add stockings and garland, too! After all, what’s the point of a fireplace if Santa doesn’t have a place to leave a few surprises?
Christmas Color Palette
Using gold in your holiday decor is festive but neutral – it makes a statement while remaining versatile.
We love the color palette that was used in this space. Whites, creams, browns and greens are classic winter colors that feel comfortable and cozy. The subtle pops of color from the pale pink paper and gold ornaments add to the holiday vibes without being distracting and taking away from your normal home decor.
