Deciding on which business to use for our flooring needs was a huge decision for us. We had three different estimates done and decided on Stearns. This turned out to be a great decision. The materials (Carpet & Vinyl Plank) we chose turned out to be a great choice. We had help from the store employee who gave us advice on the different types of flooring. The installer, Tony, was very professional and knew his trade well. He was very intent on doing a great job for us and at different times during the work checked to make sure we were good with the progress. I would highly recommend this store and their installer. The final bill was exactly what was promised in the estimate. There were no additional costs after the fact which we have experienced with other businesses before. Thumbs up here !!
