We are so in love with our new flooring. AND the kind installer actually fixed some of the damage that previous installer left behind.
Awesome experience with KC Floorworx! We had our toilet in the basement ruin the bathroom floor as well as some flooring in the lower room. They helped us through every step of the way from the insurance claim, flooring suggestions/samples, and finally completed with a perfect install. We also had them do our garage with epoxy flooring and you cant even tell its the same garage! All of their different crews/contractors were prompt, professional and friendly. Will definitely be in touch in the future with any flooring needs.
KC Florworx did an amazing job on our floors this spring. They took out all of our carpeting, including the stairs and installed LVP. It looks so beautiful.
What we really appreciated was the communication and promptness of the two guys that did all of the work. A few weeks after the install there was a shift of the flooring on our landing. They came out right away and corrected the problem.
