We are in the process of remodeling our home and Royal Surfaces installed and refinished hardwoods on our main floor back in December 2021. We could not have been more impressed with the hard work and attention to detail. When Paula came out to give us a quote, I immediately knew I was going to go with Royal Surfaces. We had received 8-10 bids and she was the most professional and their pricing was comparable. We were given a start date and were told it would be 7-8 days for completion. They had it 100% completed in 8 days and it looks beautiful! We were also given a date when the hardwoods would be delivered so the wood could acclimate before the install. Their communication was top notch and the work was even better! They showed up every morning when they said and worked extremely hard until the end of the day. I have never seen a contracting company communicate so effectively, work so diligently, and do exactly what they said they were going to do in the time frame they said. Simply amazing and we could not be happier. Thank you so, so much for making this such an easy, seamless and painless process. Highly recommend! To say our home is unique would be an understatement – different types of hardwood and tile needed to come out, revealing varying levels of quality in the underlying sub-floor. None of this phased Alex and Manny – they had creative and quality-first solutions that addressed all the quirks and issues. They installed beautiful wide-plank hardwood throughout the entire house, leaving us with a transformation we couldn’t have imagined before we began. Alex and Manny were in our home for over two weeks – they worked hard every day to keep our project on schedule and on budget. Communication was clear and consistent and there were never any surprises or situations that left us wondering “what happened here”? They are true professionals!

Alex did an amazing job installing our pre-finished hardwood floors from Real Wood Floors! He made quick work of our 1000 sf job, including the stairs and left the job-site clean daily. We were not home when the work was complete and he made an appointment with us to make sure we were completely happy. You can’t find that kind of professionalism anywhere! Additionally, his pricing was 15% lower than the other bids which made my decision easy. We loved working with Royal Surfaces and recommend them to everyone!
