Had three rooms carpeted and a hall way done in engineered hardwood. They also did 4 flights of steps where they replaced carped with oak treads. The stain was a perfect match with our existing hardwood. The Vertical Connection team did an outstanding job with the carpet, hallway hardwood installation and treads on the steps. We shopped around and saw they were more expensive than some others but you get what you pay for. I checked the BBB site and they had good to excellent ratings. Past customers were thrilled as well.
