The service and the products that they gave me were specifically tailored made for me. First of all, Jimmy told me that there’s another store that had the products that I wanted for a better price. He didn’t try to lie to me or sweet talk me into buying their products. I ended up buying something better at their store. They explained every aspect of the product from its history to caring for the product. The wood was moisture tested again and again to ensure that they don’t war p at my house. Once it was installed, Jimmy went to my house because someone wanted the same product and he wanted to ensure that our product was good for me and the other customer.
