I can only say wonderful things about our dealer and installers!  They were not only professional but also quite knowledgeable about the product.  But, in my opinion, a floor can be expensive or inexpensive, but in the end the installers make the difference.  The crew Designing Dreams sent us was incredibly good.  I wanted “thresholds” between the hallways and the bedrooms and, though it was more labor, they did it to perfection.  Randy, the owner of Designing Dreams, was wonderful to work with as he knew a lot about Hallmark floors and his installation crew, with Raul as their manager, was amazing.
