Our house is located in Compass Pointe, located in Leland, NC. We selected the Alta Vista floor because it was unlike any other flooring in any of the models on site. Our home builder, Horizion Homes of Wilmington, NC and the home designer, Robin Hackney, allowed us to upgrade to this specific  flooring. We chose it for its physical looks, the wider size planks and the natural finish. We believe we are the only ones with this flooring in the 600 plus homes in our development area. The developer, having made numerous changes to the model home design we chose, opted to make our home a new model offered by her company. Since December of 2016 when we moved into our home, she has scheduled numerous visits by perspective customers to view our home. The first comments by all who enter are to complement the floor.
