The Alta Vista hardwood collection is a return to vintage European Design. These beautiful classic and refined floors are crafted out of European Oak, a premier hardwood species that has been used for everything from flooring to shipbuilding over the centuries due to its stability. The floors feature Hallmark Floors’ authentic sawn-cut style, are lightly sculpted and wire brushed by hand. The boards are of generous widths and lengths, and the surface is treated with our exclusive Nu Oil® finish for a classic style and elegance.

NU OIL® FINISH
Nu Oil® incorporates new hybrid technology, creating a highly durable, stain and fade resistant finish, all with a limited lifetime warranty. Nu Oil® is easier to maintain than traditional oils and does not require an immediate re-coat at time of install.
DURABLE SURFACE LAYER
Hallmark Floors uses only true hardwood veneers and TSCA Title VI glues for the center-ply in our engineered floors’ hardwood construction. The center veneers are cold pressed, then hot pressed using tremendous pressure. This process makes the eco-friendly center core harder and more proportionally stable.
ENGINEERED WOOD STRUCTURE
Hallmark Floors’ engineered hardwood floors is constructed with an ultra thick wear layer has the same usable surface as 3/4” solid hardwood flooring, which allows 3 guaranteed sandings.

MAINTENANCE
Alta Vista is Finished with Nu Oil® and requires specific cleaning products. Enjoy your new Hallmark Floors for years to come and keep them looking great with our cleaning products. The cleaning products used will vary depending on the Finish of the floors.
PLANK CONSTRUCTION
Engineered wood flooring looks almost identical to solid on the surface, but instead of a single wood plank, it’s made of a high-quality plywood core with a layer of hardwood flooring on top. Both surfaces are almost identical in terms of benefits, leaving the choice to be a personal one.
