To begin, all authorized partners must provide clear, honest, and accurate information about Hallmark Floors products.

  • Product Integrity: First and foremost, dealers must not “switch and bait” customers by showcasing Hallmark Floors samples and fulfilling orders with inferior or counterfeit products.

Because the Hallmark Floors website collects dealer leads, partners must follow strict data practices.

  • Confidentiality: Above all, dealers must use manufacturer-provided leads solely to fulfill the consumer’s request.
  • Prompt Response: At the same time, dealers must respond to leads quickly and professionally.
