MONTEREY COLLECTION
Leading technology is used to enhance the beauty of nature in the Monterey Hardwood Flooring Collection, which adds a modern twist to a historical, European influence. The floors are meticulously crafted out of maple, hickory and red oaks, combining random width planks (4”, 6”, 8”) and lengths (up to 6’2”).
Each plank is carefully sculpted and wire brushed by hand, using our 2mm slice-cut style. The low-luster Truemark® Glaze Tek finish adds durability to these fashionable floors.
UNIQUE SURFACE TREATMENT
The floors feature Hallmark Floors’ authentic slice-cut style, are lightly sculpted and wire brushed by hand. The boards are of multiple widths and lengths, and the surface is treated with our exclusive TrueMark GlazeTek® finish for a classic style and elegance.
GLAZE TEK FINISH
Four coats of hand applied base and accent colors, combined with twelve coats of finish achieve a depth and richness unparalleled anywhere in the hardwood flooring industry. Nano technology is incorporated into the surface and fortified with aluminum oxide for a finish so durable it carries a limited lifetime warranty against wear through.
DURABLE SURFACE LAYER
Hallmark Floors uses only true hardwood veneers and TSCA Title VI glues for the center-ply in our engineered floors’ hardwood construction. The center veneers are cold pressed, then hot pressed using tremendous pressure. This process makes the eco-friendly center core harder and more proportionally stable.
ENGINEERED WOOD STRUCTURE
Hallmark Floors’ engineered hardwood floors is constructed with an ultra thick wear layer has the same usable surface as 3/4” solid hardwood flooring, which allows 2 guaranteed sandings.

MAINTENANCE
Monterey is Finished with TrueMark® Glaze Tek Finish and requires specific cleaning products. Enjoy your new Hallmark Floors for years to come and keep them looking great with our maintenance guide. The cleaning products used will vary depending on the finish of the floors.
ENGINEERED OR SOLID
Engineered wood flooring looks almost identical to solid on the surface, but instead of a single wood plank, it’s made of a high-quality plywood core with a layer of hardwood flooring on top. Both surfaces are almost identical in terms of benefits, leaving the choice to be a personal one.
